Getting started

The questions worth settling first.

Which White Label model should I choose?

Organization White Label serves your organization’s branded operation. Reseller is a separate model with its own profile, member relationships and approval controls. Choose according to the operation you will run.

Can we use our own domain?

Supported hosted sites can use a verified custom domain. Ownership, routing and certificate readiness must be confirmed before activation.

Are the two API products interchangeable?

No. Organization API Version 1 and the session-authenticated Reseller API have separate contracts, permissions and resources. Use the documentation for the approved model.

Can a reseller create arbitrary creator accounts?

The documented reseller workflow manages members through the existing organizer and team relationship. It does not advertise a separate direct creator-creation endpoint.

Are all payment methods available everywhere?

No. Payment methods, currencies and settlement arrangements depend on the approved account, campaign and configured market. Confirm the actual configuration before launch.

Does White Label include formal elections?

White Label awards voting is distinct from SEVA. SEVA is SparkGlim’s separate pre-release formal-election system and is not yet suitable for a live election.
