Build a platform around your business.

Bring supported SparkGlim services into your branded business through the approved reseller model. Organize the member relationships and operational access behind the experience.

White Label for resellers
  1. 01

    Agree the reseller scope

Describe your customer relationships, intended products and responsibilities. Review the reseller profile, approval requirements and commercial arrangement.

  2. 02

    Connect the people

Add members through the supported reseller members workflow. Account completion and access use the existing organizer and team process.

  3. 03

    Use the permitted resources

Operate with the campaign, transaction, reporting or other resources enabled for the authorized member and account.

  4. 04

    Review and maintain access

Keep the reseller relationship and member permissions current. Review changes and approvals through the existing portal workflow.

Reseller access follows approved account relationships and permissions. It does not provide unrestricted administration, database access or a separate direct creator-creation endpoint.

Three ways to bring people together.

Choose the products approved for your operation. Each keeps its own participant journey and records.

A relationship built on the existing member model.

For technology businesses, service providers and platform partners planning a reviewed reseller operation.

Branding

An identity that carries through.

Plan the public experience around the presentation supported by your approved White Label account.

  • Brand assets

Use your organization name, logo, approved colors and campaign imagery with readable, responsive presentation.

  • Hosted pages & domains

Configure supported hosted pages and connect a verified custom domain. Domain ownership, routing and certificate readiness are reviewed before activation.

  • Communication touchpoints

Review supported sender identities and notifications. Available channels depend on the product and account configuration; provider-hosted screens may keep provider branding.

Getting started

The questions worth settling first.

Which White Label model should I choose?

Organization White Label serves your organization’s branded operation. Reseller is a separate model with its own profile, member relationships and approval controls. Choose according to the operation you will run.

Can we use our own domain?

Supported hosted sites can use a verified custom domain. Ownership, routing and certificate readiness must be confirmed before activation.

Are the two API products interchangeable?

No. Organization API Version 1 and the session-authenticated Reseller API have separate contracts, permissions and resources. Use the documentation for the approved model.

Can a reseller create arbitrary creator accounts?

The documented reseller workflow manages members through the existing organizer and team relationship. It does not advertise a separate direct creator-creation endpoint.

Are all payment methods available everywhere?

No. Payment methods, currencies and settlement arrangements depend on the approved account, campaign and configured market. Confirm the actual configuration before launch.

Does White Label include formal elections?

White Label awards voting is distinct from SEVA. SEVA is SparkGlim’s separate pre-release formal-election system and is not yet suitable for a live election.
